Global News reported today it was announced that 8 hospitals will lose heli-pad service until fall. One of these hospitals loosing helicopter ambulance landing pad service is Sundre.

With regards to the last Chamber meeting that was held in May subsequent to the speech made by Dr. Hal Irvine; a unanimous vote was made to create a committee under the chamber focused on being pro active in keeping the Sundre Hospital and care centre open and running at its present state.
We would like to have our first meeting on
Tuesday July 7 at 7 P.M.
at the Visitor Information Centre.
Everyone in and around the community is invited to participate in this important committee.
